       The Covid-19 pandemic made the massive scale lockdown in 21st Century all around the globe. A virtual world has become a necessity, shifting people lifestyle to a certain degree. With the rapid development of the COVID-19 vaccine, the urban environment should prepare for the New Normal Era.

       In this era, we will face tantalizing global challenges to provide safe, healthy, smart and sustainable living by elaborating the virtual world and reality. To promote multi-disciplinary and international academic discussion debate and research collaboration on “The Green-Smart Design for The New Normal Urbanism”, International Conference on Science in Engineering and Technology (ICoSiET 2021) will be held virtually on 25-26th November from Palu, Indonesia. 

       Multi-disciplinary scholars in the fields including but not limited to architecture, civil engineering, electronics and electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, information technology, spatial planning, and urban studies worldwide are warmly welcomed to attend the virtual conference.
